the first column is ok except for the last entry "end of month balance"
they charge interest of 23.94, which you have to pay first (out of the 400)
that leaves 400-23.94 = 376.06 to pay down the principal (which you have in the first box).
in other words, after you pay the 400, you pay 23.94 of interest, and 376.06 of the balance, which makes the end of month balance 1477.36

of course, that changes all the numbers in the next column.
you have to figure out the interest on 1477.36
