Hi I need to know how i can delete my account from here. I have been abused too many times

You can't get it deleted but you can ask to be banned.

If you're being abused, report it to the mods and block the person abusing you.

how do i get banned? I have made reports about don3 a lot and still this user in the chats talks about court

Ignore it and pm a mod if you feel like reporting isn't helping.
