Can some one please help me start learning algebra 1 because I will be taking this class this up and coming year! And I would like to get a head start

you can use Khanacademy, it teaches you the basis, its really good

there are tons or resources out there, Khanacademy, Pauls online notes (But this covers Algebra as a broad topic). Algebra in its own is essential to any field of mathematics. Everything will build upon this, when you get up into Ordinary Differential Equations and Partial Differential Equations, it will be a true test of you Algebra skills. Take everything you learn to heart, especially if you want to do anything STEM related going forward. You'll thank me later. Lol.
