Question

Find all points on the​ x-axis 55 units away from the point left parenthesis negative 1 comma 4 right parenthesis .(−1, 4).
Please help I'm not sure what to do on this one and I want to learn I don't want to just know the answer

all points the same distance from a "special point" i.e. "the center" form a circle.

if we plotted a circle with radius 55 and center (-1, 4), we would get this picture
