Well start with the lowest trophic level being the producers. How do they obtain their energy? Moving up a trophic level to the primary consumers. How do the primary consumers obtain their energy. Also how much energy is actually transferred between the trophic levels? Basically follow this logic up the trophic levels. Don't forgot about the decomposers and transformers. Where does their energy come from? How do decomposers put energy back into the environment?
