OpenStudy (_malice_):

OH I didn't finish writing question my b one sec I'll re-write everything

OpenStudy (_malice_):

2-1+x=6

OpenStudy (_malice_):

I got 430, but I think I did something wrong.

OpenStudy (idani):

What are the choices

Mehek (mehek14):

Could you show your work and show how you got 430?

OpenStudy (_malice_):

multiplied 2 by 215

OpenStudy (idani):

The answer is 5?

OpenStudy (_malice_):

Don't give direct answers! I wanna learn :l

Mehek (mehek14):

Why did you multiply 2 and 215?? Where did you get 215 from o.o

OpenStudy (idani):

Simplify both sides and you get x+1=6

Mehek (mehek14):

I just asked you how you got.

OpenStudy (_malice_):

Oops it posted it twice I did something in another tab and it crashed my browser XD Anyways, I didn't get the 215 from anywhere I saw a 2 in teh problem and assumed I had to multiply by 215.

OpenStudy (idani):

Then subtract 1 from both sides X+1-1=6-1

OpenStudy (_malice_):

Thats what I do everytime I see a 2, I multiply by 215.

OpenStudy (_malice_):

Nevermind the answer was 5, I coulda swore it was 430.

OpenStudy (idani):

Lol you're welcome

OpenStudy (_malice_):

enough with these troll questions, I'll stop posting them XD

OpenStudy (_malice_):

However, I do actually need help if someone wants to explain pythagorean theorem to me

OpenStudy (_malice_):

I'll make another post for it.

OpenStudy (_malice_):
