I had to listen to a voice recording and answer questions about them. Here are my answers

1. Elle s'appelle Sabine.
2. Alfred est bien. Il va la plage.
3. Elle va la plage.
4. Il bien a la plage.
5. Sa famille vont à la plage.
6. Il est à la plage.

and here are my teacher's notes

2. Alfred est bien. Use aller to go with Alfred to show off your skills within that same sentence....remove est.
4. Il bien la plage. There's no verb here. Can you add one? NOT the verb avoir (a). You're trying to say he 'likes'. Which verb is tha

What are the instructions to the exercise?
We do not know if you are asked to transcribe the recording, or if you are answering certain questions according to the recording, or if you are making sentences of your own that relate to the topic.
If you are transcribing, you need to post the recording as well.

The meaning of your teacher's reaction to qn2 is that the French do not say "He IS well", but rather "He GOES well". So you must build a sentence using verb "aller", not "être".
