We do not know if you are asked to transcribe the recording, or if you are answering certain questions according to the recording, or if you are making sentences of your own that relate to the topic. If you are transcribing, you need to post the recording as well.

The meaning of your teacher's reaction to qn2 is that the French do not say "He IS well", but rather "He GOES well". So you must build a sentence using verb "aller", not "être". Reaction to qn 4 is clear: can you please post your new answer?
