If you restate the sentence, it should be a command. 1. says "Do I put sandals in the suitcase". Your response could be "Put the sandals in the suitcase". So you take the "sandalias en la maleta" of the end and change Pongo into into it's tu form. (I believe this is what you have to do) Hope this helps :)
