Question

I had to create a data table;
Forearm- 8 in // Foot- 6 in
Forearm- 8 in // Foot- 8 in
Forearm- 9 in // Foot- 9 in
Forearm- 10 in // Foot- 9 in
Forearm- 12 in // Foot- 12 in
Then I had to select two sets of points and find the rate of change for my data.
(8,6) and (8,8)
The rate of change between these two is zero because on a grid, vertically, (8,8) is up two more than (8,6). However the rate of change is equivalent to zero because the answer I got was 3/0.
"If you had to express this relation as a verbal statement, how would you describe it?"
How do I do this? Please help.
