Alright the correct answer is the last one, 3 < QS <13 The triangle inequality theorem would help you solve this. I can shoot you a video explaining how to do this if you'd like. Not sure how the rules work on here if that's allowed or not lol I just joined it today. There is a video on Khan Academy that explains this perfectly.
