If a moderator delete one of my post,will it take away the medals we received in that particular post?

No, it will not. You will still get to keep your medals, but you cannot reply to that post anymore.

closing a post does not make you loose medals

deleting a post does make you loose the medals

having all of your comments deleted from a post also removes your medals earned from that post
