A solution is made by dissolving 15.5 grams of glucose (C6H12O6) in 245 grams of water. What is the freezing point depression of the solvent if the freezing point constant is -1.86 °C/m? Show all of the work needed to solve this problem.

You can find the depression in freezing point using the equation: \[\Delta T _{f}=K _{f}m\] where m is the molarity which you can find by dividing number of moles of solute by weight of solvent in kilograms.
By any chance can I get a step by step explanation of how to solve this equation? I am not too sure how to do it.
