I recommend that you tell the state leaders that these three weaknesses in the Articles of Confederation must be addressed. They require a new plan for government. The three greatest weaknesses in the Articles of Confederation are the following:
-The first problem/weakness can be found in Article 3 Section 1B, it declares that a judge in court serves for life until they make the decision to retire, This is not okay because if a judge becomes too old they could forget to realize what modern things are permitted and allowed.
-The second one is a great problem because in Article 2, Section 1, it also proclaims that you have to be born in the USA and 35 years old to run for president, this is unfair because someone that is born outside of the US that has moved to America and is a US citizen, could be even more fit to be president than the people running for president
-The third one is also a bit unfit because what has been staggered upon in Article 2 section 2 it then reveals "... the Constitution only uses masculine pronouns "he","him" and "his" ." Now when the day a woman becomes president she could have the power to change that.
