Each of those statements do not have a straight answer. Some questions are clear, others are not. Some answers are helpful, others are not. Some answers are correct, others are not. Some answers are trustworthy, others are not. Some answers are given in a timely manner, others are never given.

Also, survey is kinda lengthy and has some unnecessary questions and even more unnecessary answers.
