During the next month, 70% black sold, 80% blue sold, 30% silver sold, and 40% white sold

What percent was sold.

0.5 are black

The rest (remaining 0.5) have equal numbers of blue, silver, and white cars - so divide it into three
blue = silver = white = 0.5/3

Now you can just multiply the given sold % by the fraction for each colour.
