tis is a composite of a cylinder and a cone Vol cylinder = pi r^2 h vol of a cone = (1/3) pi r^2 h
r is the radius of the base of the cylinder ( and is the same value for the cone) h = 15 for the cylinder and h = 2 for the cone
so plug those values into the 2 formulae and then add those 2 results together
