What happened to everyone's fans? (Sorry if this was asked before, it's been a while since I've been on OS and can't find a repost)

We deleted a lot of inactive accounts around 3 months ago and so fan counts have gone down.

Oh, do you know what was the guideline for being considered inactive? Such as how long would an account have to be unactive to be deleted?

We made all accounts have to input a date of birth and if they didn't they were deleted. Some accounts were exempt from doing it as we already knew that they were over 13, but a majority of the people had to fill it out otherwise they got deleted.

So many high smart score accounts were deleted too? Or was it primarily new ones

A few high SS accounts were deleted even though they were active, but mainly it was the lower SS accounts.

no, because the mass deletion wasn't properly tested so some active high SS users got deleted because they weren't asked to input their age and others because they were inactive

New fans can only be made with new users. And we aren't getting as many sign-ups as we once used to.
