It's so strange how they use t in h(t) but on the right side, they use x instead. They're mixing up two different variables. Anyways, I'm assuming they meant to say h(t) = -2(t-3)^2 + 19 replace all of h(t) with 0 to get 0 = -2(t-3)^2 + 19 are you able to solve that last equation for t?

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

yes and no
