Hi I'm new here as well as new to working.. Here is my question.

carryover + 6.16 accrued - 32.0 = -25.84 balance. What does this mean? Am I in trouble even though my vacation was approved?

it sounds like a formula that tells you how many hours of vacation you have
carryover is how much vacation time you have (carried over from last year)
6.16 is how much you earned this year.
32 is how much you are planning to use.
if you have a negative balance, that means you used more vacation time than you have.
It sounds like a problem , but sometimes companies allow you to borrow vacation time.
