OpenStudy (musiclover22):

A verbal is a verb that is used as an adjective, adverb, or noun.

OpenStudy (musiclover22):

There are 3 types of verbals Participles, Gerunds, and Infinitives. A participle is the present (-ing) or the past (-ed) of a verb used as an adjective. A gerund is the present (-ing) form of a verb used as a noun. An infinitive is usually a verb that is after the word to. It can be a noun, adjective, or adverb.

OpenStudy (musiclover22):

Hope that helps :)

OpenStudy (shootingstar28):

OK so then the type of verbal would be infinitive and love would be the verbal?

OpenStudy (shootingstar28):
