Since we know x>0... Start by multiplying both sides by x. Make sure to multiply each term by x. Once you've done that, get all the terms on one side, and you'll be able to factor it. You'll get two solutions, which you can use to make a number line, and test where it's true or false. Keep in mind x>0 which means x must be positive. If you get a negative solution, ignore it. Just make a number line starting from 0, and going to the right only.
