Given the relation y = –4x2 –8, if the input is 2, what is the output? WILL GIVE MEDAL 8 -8 -16 -24 my answer is -8

so I'm thinking that is y=-4x^2-8 correct? or if I write in latex we get \[y=-4x^2-8\]
