\[\mu=\frac{\sum_{i \in \Omega}x_i}{n}\] . This means the population mean is estimated by the sample mean, defined above. Essentially just sum all numbers and divide by 30. Fors part 2, 22/30 or 73% of employees worked for at least 10 years.
