OpenStudy (jbolyefo):

Please help, I'll fan and medal Determine whether the vectors u and v are parallel, orthogonal, or neither. u = <3, 0>, v = <0, -6>

OpenStudy (sila1453):

you need to calculate the dot product.... if it equals zero, then the vectors are orthogonal.

OpenStudy (jbolyefo):

I don't know how to do that @Sila1453

OpenStudy (sila1453):

dot product = 3*(0)+0*-6 =0

OpenStudy (sila1453):

so it is orthogonal

OpenStudy (jbolyefo):

Thank you!

OpenStudy (sila1453):

you're welcome
