OpenStudy (chavo222):

What best describes the function of nucleic acids?

OpenStudy (supernova_sonntag):

Is this supposed to be a multiple choice question? They are necessary for life. They help store, transmit, and express genetic information. They include DNA and RNA. Structurally, they are made of nucleotides. There is a whole lot more junk that goes with all of that, of course.

OpenStudy (driftracer305):

^^ agree!

OpenStudy (studyloverhojea):

The function for nucleic acid is to hold life but also hold important information about our bodies.
