Learning programming is best done with practice.
I suggest you google for tutorials, and look for one that suits your level, follow the exercises/examples.  If you have questions and problems, post here.  There are many people who are ready to help.  Perhaps there are others who are will to teach you too!  Post another question like:
"Who can teach me Python?"  would be more direct, and you might just find someone ready to teach you.  But you need also to tell (in the same post) what you know about programming, what you are going to use Python for, why Python and not others (C,C++,Java, etc).
