OpenStudy (isa1xoxo):

The graph of a quadratic function with vertex, (3,−2) is shown in the figure below. Find the domain and the range. http://tinypic.com/r/am4owh/9 Write your answers as inequalities, using x or y as appropriate. Or, you may instead click on "Empty set" or "All reals" as the answer.

OpenStudy (welshfella):

Hint: the domain is the possible values of x

OpenStudy (brydenwright):

seems to me like the domain is all reals and the range is y is larger than or equal to -2

OpenStudy (welshfella):

- possible real values

OpenStudy (isa1xoxo):

omg hank you you ill try it out

OpenStudy (isa1xoxo):

wouldn't i need to know the function first @welshfella

OpenStudy (isa1xoxo):

@triciaal think you could help me?

OpenStudy (triciaal):

saw this it was already answered the domain is the set of x values (input) for which you will get a y-value (output) on that graph. the range is the lowest value to the highest value for the output here the lowest includes the lowest point -2 and the highest is infinity so y>and = -2

OpenStudy (isa1xoxo):

ohhhh i was just getting a second opinion

OpenStudy (isa1xoxo):

thank you so much !
