Find the length of hypotenuse AB in simplest radical form. 1 22 2 2
45 45 90 special triangle. Do you know the relationships of the sides?
can y'all walk me through it?
lol @Jadeishere why'd you back out with your reply?
I did it wrong :P Kind of
ohhh lol
I caught myself barely xD
Hey, sweets you got this, or do you want help?
Ok in a 45 45 90 triangle you have sides that always follow a particular rule.|dw:1469770271753:dw| in the case of this problem a=1. So to find the length of the hypotenuse just substitute a for 1.
Your input is welcome either way jade :).
Kay, @CamPayne Sean is walking you through the smart version. I can teach you the way-easy dumbed down version as well, that will always work with finding hypotenuse' or legs of a right triangle
i mean i get what y'all are getting at, im just not sure how to get the answer
|dw:1469770499043:dw| a= 1 b = 1 1^2 + 1^2 = c^2 1 + 1 = c^2 2 = c^2 sq rt of 2 :)
Waaaaaay dumbed down version :)
Just as valid of a way to approach it.
i'd ask more... but im sure y'all are sick a me
No, never :)
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh i get this now
thanks y'all. both jade and american psycho dude
