I dunno how much detail you want. I did a neuroanatomy course which is quite extensive and covers structures to pathways.

Well, that depends on the level of content you want...You might find some good material in Tata McGraw Hills Human anatomy

Yeah Raven johnson's biology - McGraw hill higher education is pretty good
and also Green biology is also quite good
