You can make a quadrilateral by drawing lines from the center to the two lines of intersection.

Also keep in mind that lines from the center form 90 degree angles with tangent lines.

Well, I think you can make a quadrilateral and the sum of the internal angles should be 360 so since you know three of them you should be able to find the one you need.
