Unfortunately, there probably aren't many on OpenStudy who would be familiar with this particular topic.  Did you ever find someone to talk you through "simplex method?"  If you understand that, then try applying it to this current question.  I'd suggest that you try to coin some specific questions about this homework.  Doing that would require that you sort out what you do understand and what you do not.  Wish I were in a better position to help you.
