Many web-hosting (free) sites are available, depending on the time and skill you possess.
Some are ready-made to go, e.g. Wix that you have tried.  Weeble is similar, but has a bit more flexibility (can use your own HTML code).  Altervista is a great host.  If you are technically savvy, host-ed.me offers almost all tech features,  in a free-hosting bundle.

I can create website with coding but i don't know how to publish or upload it on internet  :(

Most of these sites have a cPanel that allow you to upload or download files to/from the site.  Many also offer direct connections for multiple files.
Some have a publish button, and most other ones would be updated as soon as you upload a new file, or replaced the old one.
Sign up to one of those of your choice and try them out.  It's easier than you might think.  :)
