Hello, So i am writing an email to universities asking for information regarding the application process, I wrote the email but I'd appreciate any help with reviewing what I wrote it in order to address the matter correctly

That was pretty well written, but keep in mind, many Colleges/Universities don't respond very well with "I am interested in"
Keep it succinct.

No, be succinct-objective, as little words as possible. They're not interested in learning what you're interested in, trust me. I've written 7-8 of these
