so i used bernoullis eqn to find the relationship of the manometer with point 1 at the stagnation point
Yep use bernoullis equation. Use the form with friction of the fluid.
Use this equation.. Pi/gama + vi^2/2g + zi = Pe/gama + ve^2/2g + ze + hs Where gama = row*g, and i = inlet, e = exit, and finally hs is the friction of the fluid.
