OpenStudy (pj754):

Find (f^-1) of f(x) = x^3+2 at (1 , 3).

OpenStudy (lord_box):

Not sure what exactly this is asking for. The inverse function rule? The equivalent point to (1,3) on the inverse function?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

if (a,b) is on the graph of f(x) then (b,a) is on the graph of f^-1(x)

OpenStudy (pj754):

oh I see, but the inverse function would be (x-2)^(1/3)=y right?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

correct
