Jake tossed a paper cup 50 times and recorded how it landed. The table shows the results: Position Number of Times Landed inPosition Open Side Up 1 Closed Side Up 5 Landing on Side 44 Based on the table, determine the experimental probability of each outcome (landing open side up, landing closed side up, and landing on its side). Show your work.

OpenStudy (lord_box):

Experimental probability is a ratio (a fraction, etc.) of one event over the total. For instance, if you flip a coin 30 times, and it's 17 heads 13 tails, then the experimental probabilities are 17/30 and 13/30.

OpenStudy (molly10119):

so it would be the numbers over 50?

OpenStudy (lord_box):

Yep

OpenStudy (molly10119):

ok thank you
