Hi again :) So now it is in reverse. we have angle 39 degrees and we want to find the hyp. if you think of a trigonometric function that would include hypotenuse in it's law or formula it would be either Sin or Cos. But since we only have the opposite known we will be using the Sin formula. Sin 39 degrees = opposite/hypo Sin 39 degrees = 9/x Now applying the cross property we would get 9 = Sin 39 degrees * x of course we will need to find x so we will divide both sides on Sin 39 degrees. Therefore 9/sin 39 degrees = x Hope that helps
