Question

Hi.
I am an old user (99 SmartScore for a perpective), and all my creds were wiped out when the DoB was introduced, while I was busy with my college for a while.
I was assured that my old creds would be restored, but it has not happened yet.

Any help would be appreciated.

dont worry i was same with you 99"s smart score champion and my profile with this 4 years of work was deleted too and how you can seeing presently i try rebuilding newly - sorry this is our fate,destiny - somebody was capable getting back the deleted profile,and smartcents and champion title ,like satelite73 ,but more much others same with me and/or you not can getting back nothing bc. this is our fate,destiny - try understanding it please and than you love,like mathematics and helping peoples so make it and will can sure rebuilding one new profile with Champion title sure

I wanted the creds back, because they are an integral part of my growing up.
It really does not matter, because the real content - Qs and As are intact.

Unfortunately, they deleted the inactive accounts and reseting your account to it's prior SmartScore and all is not on the top of their priority list.

All you can do is be patient and hope for the best. You can also start helping out again to regain your SmartScore as Jhonyy9 has done.

mhmm, but it gets dicouraging after you lose all that hard work. And it takes thousands of medals just to get to 99 again from scratch. (1500 to 3000 medals depending on who gave the medal.)

I did not really understand any of that. Please relax though. At the end of the day, we will all leave this site eventually. The medals will be nothing but a memory soon to disappear. We're here for the moment. And if you work really REALLY hard, you'll get there again. Imagine what that will be like. To bring yourself up again after taking such a hard fall. That will make you even stronger, I'd presume, than the high level users that hadn't been knocked down.
As for Preetha. She's a hardworking woman with a lot on her plate. Dont expect her to answer everyone's pms. I'd imagine she gets a lot. I've sent her multiple messages, and she replies when she can. That isn't very often, but like i said, she's busy. :P
Anyway, all I'm saying is that you can build yourself up again. Sure it's sad and everything that your level got knocked. I feel for you. Really. But it isnt a big deal and it's also not impossible to bring it up again.
The people have already said that there isnt anything you can do to bring yourself up again aside from the obvious, which would be to help people and regain those medals.
