My name is Alina Kirk. I was born and given up for adoption in Russia. At 8 years old I was adopted. I was told by the adoption people that I was retarded and would be completely dependable on people because I have mild cerebral Palsy. After I was adopted I started to learn English and am now taking AP classes. Basically, I started from the bottom and now I'm here. (This is a tell me about yourself sort of assignment at school but I have to use ten words for this instead) so if you could help me I'll give medals

What do you mean by "transfer" in this context? This word does not make sense to me here.

I had to write a paragraph about myself so the teacher could get to know me. The details are the paragraph. But I have to transfer that paragraph into a 10 word sentence about myself.

Not transfer, but "translate" or "condense."

I can only suggest one possible approach, in which I capitalize each of the ten words:

NAMED Alina Kirk.
RUSSIAN-BORN ADOPTEE.
MISDIAGNOSED (OR MISLABLED) as RETARDED.

and so on.

I'm not sure what you mean by "more politely." All I've done so far is to condense your own words. I've given you examples, and am now waiting for you to continue until you have at least 10 key words. Can you take my 3 lines and string them together to form the beginning of a sentence with 10 key words (not necesssarily only 10 words long)?
