With the acquiring of OS by brainly, no one can buy owlbucks anymore. However, anyone who already has owlbucks can use them or give them to someone else who can use them.

The only thing qualified helpers get is owlbucks. And they can use that to get something from the emporium. (However, I doubt they will be giving anything from the emporium now. Before they did, but after a loong time.) Also, QH's cannot convert the owlbucks back to real money either.

You can only get qualified help if you already had bought owlbucks in the past.

That program was introduced to help OS make some money, but it obviously wasn't that successful. And Brainly doesn't need the meager amount so they removed it.
