There are some pros to this take over. OpenStudy now will get the funding it couldn't get.

Also, have you noticed how much less OpenStudy lags? Brainly is having the devs clean up the coding thus making OS more efficient and less laggy. :)

I suppose you make a valid point however OS will loose its overall integrity. I get the whole funding and cleaning up the coding and servers, but OS will never be the same.
