1. The overall population of the US has aged between the 2010 and 2020 censuses,The only age group to decline is 25-44. The fastest rising segment is 45-64.

2. rather than living around factories and urban areas due to industrial eras,people are now moving out of urban areas.

4. Technologies have advanced significantly and we have become more dependent on our electronic devices for all forms of growth and communication. If this was disrupted in any way we would enter our own form of the dark ages.
