If you think about it, both of them were surprised or nervous to be in that relationship, but at the same time they love each other very much. Her eyes were opened to more things in life, when that purpose was made. How she realized how much she genuinely loved him "You're my focus" Maybe she's adjusting to it, but know she'll be okay in the process, because it's love.
