I have built a gyroscopic device that gives vertical impulses and attached it to an "Atwood Machine" with an equal counter-weight. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fV8j3FJ10NA . When I run the gyro device it moves upward. www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2B5JlBlk-M Doesn't that prove the impulses, momentarily, reduces the weight of the gyro device? If not, why not?
