Biology is the study of life, so does that it's the study of the mind and behavior aka psychology?
Seeing that Biology is the study of LIFE it's not exactly the study of the mental state and behavior. ALTHOUGH it does have a subcategory named Biological Psychology! Make sure to google/research it!
I was confused for a minute there, but this is interesting. Biological Psychology has a few different names, such as Behavioral Neuroscience. This is the study of the brain and how it can make us behave a certain way. It's psychology on a biological level, hence the name :)

So biology has like 3+ different sections? Cool
The definition of Biology (from Google): The study of living organisms, divided into many specialized fields that cover their morphology, physiology, anatomy, behavior, origin, and distribution. - the plants and animals of a particular area. "the biology of Chesapeake Bay" -the physiology, behavior, and other qualities of a particular organism or class of organisms. "human biology" The main difference between Biology and Psychology is that Biology focuses mostly on the physical aspects of life (for example, the anatomy), whereas Psychology focuses on the various aspects of the minds and behaviours of living things (that have brains). Also, keep in mind that not all living things have minds (for example, plants). Biology and Psychology are considered as separate subjects, as each are very complex (and also due to the aforementioned reasons), but Biopsychology would definitely be considered as a subfield of Biology and also as a subfield of Psychology. In conclusion, my opinion would be that no, they are not the same, though some of their subfields can be considered as the same.
Neurobiology and psychology are different fields that are entirely different perspectives on the biological entity. Neurobiology looks at it from a bottoms-up perspective: individual neurons--> nerve circuitry-->tissues-->organs-->behavior. Psychology looks at it from the outside in: behavior-->organs-->tissues-->nerve circuits-->neurons.
