Hey! I'm sorry this happened to you. I remember you were a champion earlier and your smartscore has dropped because of unfair removal of medals. They have removed accounts of many good users for a silly reason. Many users were frustrated by this action and our admins corrected few accounts. They couldn't fix everything probably because they had other priorities. As much as I love our admins, I think this particular decision to remove accounts/medals is a terrible mistake.

Pretty sure there are many other efficient ways to deal with this particular problem. Our admins have just chosen the worst possible quick fix. I don't really know if they can still fix your account as it has been many days. Also, I know you're facing some other issues with the site. None of our admins even took time to reply you back right ? Maybe they all went on vacation or they simply don't care about users anymore.

I guess you could always opt for leaving a signature at the end of every post such as:

hi dear my friend @TheSmartOne and ty. for these medals - so i saw your profile now and that you have total 3141 medals on mathematics topics when i have - without these medals deleted - now 3134 medals on mathematics topics

excuse me but i think this is very very interesting bc. i thought that you need have more much medals on this topics bc. i thought you are OS user from more much time like me

I would have a lot more medals in mathematics, but I stopped helping in the math section for a while and started helping in other subjects -- mainly OS feedback

i think that issue occurred right after the OS teamed up with Brainley
the servers were mixed so am pretty sure that's how many users lost their medals/accounts
Not to mention that quite often the OS admins send random alerts to users that we have broke the conduct code and so on
i agree that they MUST bring back your medals/old account
Many people like you deserve that Honory professor title and i am sure you will get it

Luckily i joined OS after they teamed up with brainley lol
So whatever happened before it happened because of a huge change to the servers of OS i am certain that it won't ever happen in the future
And i also believe that you of all people should get back your medals
you are truly a great helper.

but np. i rebuild my profile how you see it now i started it from level 15 and today i m on level 79 bc. i m here nightly helping askers - nightly say bc. when i come here is in the night every day after i ending my workshift of afternoon at 22.00 oclock so in this way everynight i can coming here after 22,30 oclock what is here in Central Europe and what there in USA i dont know it really how much is than - but i m here bc. the math is my greatest hobby and i relax with every day - how i ve wrote on my profile text too
