I think it is A but im not sure?

OpenStudy (aakashtomar):

Well, firstly, Deadpool Hi 5 @donnie1999 ! ^_^ Now, in algebra, we have an identity which goes something like this : \[a^2 - b^2 = (a+b)(a-b)\] So, I see that 100 is 10 squared and 144 is 12 squared. Right? So it goes something like this, according to the identity. \[100b^2 - 144a^2 = (10b - 12a^2 ) ( 10b+12a^2)\] Hence it's c. Tell me if you want to know how the identity came about or anything else. Best of luck!
