OpenStudy (thalamanchi):

may I know the formula to convert a particle into wave nature

OpenStudy (sharmagk83):

For energy \[E = h \nu\] For momentum \[p = \frac{ hk }{ 2\pi }\] where k is wave number and is given by \[ k = \frac{ 2 \pi }{ \lambda }\]

OpenStudy (sharmagk83):

h is Planck's constant

OpenStudy (thalamanchi):

is it applicable to classical mechanics too...

OpenStudy (thalamanchi):

I meant that ; it is applicable whose mass is 100's of kgs and is threre any limitations/restructions that wave

OpenStudy (sharmagk83):

De-Broglie equation can be used for both kind of particle but when mass is large and velocity is small it does not give significant result but still applicable.
