Hello fellow OS users ^.^ This is @UsArmy3947 I just wanted to ask for your prayers... as this 9/11 I will be turning 18 and as many of you know it's MANDATORY to register to the U.S. Military (so when there is an emergency I'm randomly drafted). I'm a bit scared due to the 2016 Presidential elections since Trump or Clinton will win, and both of them are most likely to start World War 3... meaning I will be sent out to war ._. please pray for me so God can give me the strength...

To begin, why induct yourself into the military? Forget the law, there is no reason for a man or woman to have to do anything they don't want to do. It's BS. Our lives should be decided by ourselves, we should be placed in this state. "It's either you go or this happens." Like seriously, threats, that's not even right.

It's called the selective service system. It is targeted towards male immigrant non Us citizens between 18-25 who have to register, doesn't mean you're enlisted just that you are a potentail candidate. Hence why if you are a citizen you do not have to register. It is only for immigrants kevin so don't worry. WHo said you had to? You will get a ton of mail trying to get you to join but it doesn't mean you have to. If you were an immigrant you would have to register within 30 days of your 18th and it expires at 25.
