Because cell divide into many, differentiate into other cells. Ur heart cell is diff from ur skin cell. But all did come from single cell that is zygote. Zygote divides into many cells. and these divided cells transforms into different kinds of cell like heart cell, skin cell, liver cell etc etc. Similar kinda of cell combine to form tissues. Similar tissues form organs.
